Gordon Harmon

Bio

Gordon Harmon served in the Headquarters Battery of the 159th Field Artillery Battalion, I Corps, during the Korean War from 1951 to 1953. Stationed north of Seoul from 1952 to 1953, his artillery unit provided vital fire support for Marine operations in the area. After his military service, Harmon served as President of the Buckley Baldwin VFW Post 2534 in Wisconsin Rapids. In 2025, he received a legislative citation for reaching 50 years of membership at his local VFW post.
