Bio

Ayalew Saleleh was a member of the Second Kagnew Battalion during the Korean War. He fought bravely on the side of the South Korean people. When he was very young, he had children and grandchildren. One of the grandsons, Kirubel Habtamu Ayalew, spoke about his grandfather’s history. He said that his father had told him many things about Korean war history and also why this history was not transmitted from one generation to another. He also said that there are some memories, and he tried to learn more for himself.
